If i could put 0 stars i would. First the website is horrible, couldn't find how finance or set up an appointment. After finding the number, I spoke to an AI couldn't reach anyone. A woman called a little later and didn't know what she was talking about. I gave up. It's not worth the hassle. I just wanted to look at a cabin. I decided to go Kendall cabins and got a better experience.

Lovely cabins. I'm considering one for our lake lot. They have many custom options.

Our cabin took only 28 days to build. We just absolutely love our home. This is our 6th house we have owned but this is by far the most enjoyable. The insulation is phenomenal. It keeps our core set temperature and maintains it. The A/C and or heat barely runs through the day. Cars are always stopping to take pictures. Some will ask if this is a real cabin and the answer is... "Of course"! Very pleased and happy with this purchase. If we ever move, we'll buy another.

I bought a very expensive cabin. They will call you every day several days up till the point of the sell. After that you will get crickets. Severe lack of customer service and questionable quality detail.

We had a log cabin built by Ulrich in 2017. The process was top notch from beginning to end. We even asked for custom changes which were made. Ulrich was a great choice. We highly recommend them! Clint and Lisa - Terrell TX
