Allow pet, garage parking, 24/7 desk, on-site professional mgmt., very friendly staff, and peaceful neighbors. Elizabeth is Close to everything steps from friendship metro, shops, and restaurants.

Highly recommend this place to renters. Low rent with lots of amenities. However, the building managers and staff are very mean. Their mind is to make money out of you, rather than fixing things for you. For example, changing toilet flush only costs $9, but they will charge $80. If you can DIY, do it yourself. When you move in or leave there, be very careful of illegal charges set up by those managers and staff.

Oh Dear! A great location in tonny Chevy Chase, yet this once desirable high-rise has deteriorated over the years. Residents have been forced to pony up high dollars via astronomical condo fees, to renovate serious age related rot. It's still a great short-term rental but a terrible purchase investment. You're better off buying a fixer upper home nearby.

I visited here 2 years ago. Inside hotel building staff in lobby were incredibly nice. Diving school appointment was made but i didnt know that the lesson was in a different building across the street on the weekends. Was able to figure out after checking more information from groupon emails. Manager or building owner: After asking a few questions about diving school to the manager or a person claiming he owns the building, he stood so close to my face.Terrible manners. He kept being rude to my family when he didnt want to understand the situation and questions since he kept repeating the same things over and over again. He was just there with no knowledge of his businesses and kept asking questions to us when we were asking him.I asked simple questions. When trying to solve my problem,

The driver delivers my order to a different address. When it got to me it was cold. I had called the store to complain they said I could refuse order and they would credit my order. They would not replace my order. Had to reheat the pizza for my Grandkids in the microwave. Nothing like you think that your going to have a fresh baked pizza, instead it is reheated in the microwave. Never will order from the Dominos on Ridgefeild Westbard Ave.
