Chestnut Street Lofts

I lived here for 3-4 years. Place has significantly declined. Don't get me wrong, the interior of your apt and location are great. Aside from that, place is garbage. Please don't move here for the following reasons: - constant inspections - they don't respect your privacy. I explicitly had signs on my doors during inspections not to prop it open because of my dog, they did so anyway - it's super dirty. They don't clean common areas or trash areas - IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone regarding your concerns. - management has changed several times - Berger are the slum lords of WC - once again, you can't ever actually talk to anyone regarding your concerns - constant smoke detectors/fire alarms going off - weed smell throughout the place that management doesn't care about - mail gets sto

I lived at the Chestnut Street Lofts for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Great atmosphere and beautiful building. I am sad to have left the area but if I ever return I know where I will be living:) If you are looking to rent downtown West Chester, this is the spot! You definitely won't regret it.

The Lofts are a great option for those wanting to live directly in the Borough! The apartments are modern, sleek, and comfortable. The walk to bars and restaurants is also less than 5 minutes. Occasionally we have happy hours and trips to sporting events paid for by the building!

Chesnut Street Lofts is great. New and clean buidling with multiple apartment layouts. Perfectly located in the heart of West Chester. Property Manager is responsive and quickly fixes any issues. I highly recommend checking these apartments out!

I have lived at the Chestnut Lofts since they opened. It is a great apartment complex with the opportunity to meet other residents through social activities. The Lofts are located right in the borough of West Chester offering a great location to walk to bars, restaurants and local parks.
