Javier is the best maintenance guy I've ever had, there were many issues in by bathroom and he came and fixed them all. Without him idk what my experience here would be like. If you are reading this Javier me and mt roommates are all grateful for your hardwork

A huge thank you to Mauricio Herrera from our apartment maintenance department! After we reported the issue, Mr. Mauricio Herrera arrived quickly to address it. The communication process was smooth and efficient. Mauricio was not only courteous and attentive but also clearly explained the cause of the problem. He promptly repaired the malfunctioning light in our bathroom. After my roommate and I inspected the work, we found it performed perfectly, resolving the issue completely. Highly recommend Mauricio!

I love these apartments! I’m a paraplegic and it is so difficult to find accessible housing…all of the lower units in the complex are wheelchair friendly. There’s also two different dog parks in the complex which is great for my pup. The manager, Jay, is extremely helpful and sweet! The few times I have needed assistance with something, she was on it and immediately solved the issue. I’m stoked on the apartments themselves and the people who run them :)

My husband Nick and I have loved living here so far, even if it’s only been a week! The maintenance manager Mauricio was so kind to come fix our door tracks with an insane amount of efficiency and speed. It can be scary to move somewhere new where you don’t know if the complex will fix your issues or not….but it’s truly been a great experience to have someone so reliable on staff make an introduction and a fix so quickly. This apartment is right in the middle of it all, downtown, the wharf, a beautiful lagoon walking trail…gorgeous! A fantastic place to live, would definitely recommend.

We had an issue with our hot water and our maintenance man Mauricio Herrera responded immediately after we reached out. He arrived quickly, fixed the problem right away, and was incredibly professional, accommodating, and kind. It’s such a relief to have someone so reliable and helpful—we really appreciate his promptness and great attitude!
