Chesmar Homes in The Woodlands Hills

Purchasing a home with Chesmar has been a great experience. Jared Elledge Construction Manager was extremely helpful during the construction walk through as he is very knowledgeable and patient. He even continues to support us after our move in. Although we did not close with Heather Conley, Sales Representative she was amazing from the start to end. Her professionalism and attention to customer service is greatly appreciated. Lastly,the construction quality, warranty service, and professionalism at Chesmar is truly one of a kind.

The time, disappointment and anxiety that was caused by Chesmar Homes @ The Woodlands Hills is something I hope to never experience again. I will never forget nor stop advising others of their amoral business practices. We picked our house, our colors, our options/upgrades and we were excited. Our salesman advised that once colors are chosen, no other house with the same plan/elevation can have the same brick and paint, as it would make sense that there would be no matching houses on the same street- good for their word, honest? Nope. As I drove the neighborhood one day, I saw the same house/elevation with the same brick that we had chosen sitting in front of it as was ours four houses down on the same side of the street and the street is a cul de sac, not that long. Upon further inquiry,

Purchasing via Heather at Chesmar was one of the best decisions we have made we love the home and both the pre move in and post move in service has been exceptional We downsized significantly and were a little concerned about how this would feel but the clever design and use of space together with the incredible amount of natural light has made this transition easy the home truly feels way bigger than the sq ft Chesmar have been amazing when it comes to resolving post move in issues we have reported and continue to provide amazing service to us The quality of this home is awesome and we couldn’t be happier and thank you Heather and Donnell for making this so special!!
