I lived here for 4 years and it started off okay and then just went downhill. If you move here be prepared to live by drug dealers, neighbors who blast music in the middle of the night and people and their dogs fighting. Did I mention that they will turn the water off and not even tell you?! Then when you put a work order in you can expect maintenance to show up at midnight knocking on your door! There is a lot of parking, but not in front! There is about 4 cars that never move and are used for hoarding! Laundry room is always a disaster and you can expect at least 2 washers and dryer's that don't work, and that's if the laundry room is actually unlocked. Roaches, it doesn't even matter if your a clean freak. Also don't forget about your utility bill it will vary from 200-350 a month!

Toured with my brother for an apartment for him and the leasing agent was very helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

Mice infestation, pest control lays down bait traps which allows them to die whenever and wherever inside your walls or under cabinets where food goes, in your living spaces close to where kids sleep. Management seems really nonchalant about the situation because they don’t live here so they really don’t care pest control rushes in and out WHILE management is present did not care that there was a dead mouse decaying somewhere within my boyfriends kitchen.
