Cherokee Village Apartments

This was our first apartment. We lived here for three years, and it's been a good experience! The management is friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were fulfilled promptly. The pool and playground are nice additions. The apartments are older, but they take good care of them. We never had issues with bugs or pests. Very clean apartments and onsite laundry facilities. The outside grills are great when the weather's pleasant. It's a good location, close to most everything. Great prices for a solid apartment complex!

I’ve had a great experience with Cherokee Village Apartments. Excellent management staff especially! Always on top of fixing anything that requires maintenance help. Expeditiously quick really. Loved my apartment! Very clean apartment. I was very impressed. I’d definitely recommend checking this apartment complex out if you’re looking for an economical apartment that doesn’t break the bank. The sweetest property manager. Wonderful person. You’ll definitely feel at home if you rent with Cherokee Village Apartments! 2 big thumbs up! I highly recommend !

I lived at Cherokee Village for 4 years and the majority of my time was enjoyable. The staff was great, as long as you had your ducks in a row, and worked with me a few times I had either an issue with my apartment or couldn't make rent on time. Most of the residents are older, friendly and don't party so be mindful of your neighbor's.

Would not recomend this property or the management compay. Rarely return Phone calls never in office. Management is rarely in office, almost never returns phone calls. Moved out prior to lease end. I received an itemized bill of what I owed them. The bill was missing more than $730.00 of deposits we had made. I took copies of the money orders because they had no record of those deposits. I had to put copies in the mail slot; because manager was not in office. Called multiple times to properly office no return phone call. I called the main office talked to someone there and was told the property office would contact me, was contacted and advised they were working on the final bill. Finally I received a check for $124 with no explanation how they came up with that amount. I now had a refu

This company should be sued for making up false claims. The maintenance worker never fixed the multiple leaks causing water damage and MOLD in our apartment!! 6 months after we moved out we get our deposit breakdown saying they are withholding our deposit.. Then a week later we receive a 2nd deposit breakdown claiming we owe them 1200. 2 days later we get a call from a debt collector asking for 1200. The carpet had to be replaced because of the mold. Mold caused by poor maintenance work. The maintenance man left a man sized hole in our shower for two months. This company also tried to charge us $200 for miniblinds.
