Cherokee Terrace Apartments

I love my apartment! Beautifully updated with hardwood flooring throughout, new appliances, central heating and air, plus so much more. We have called it home since 2006 & we wouldn't want it any other way. The Bi-level apartments, which ours is a 3 bedroom, has a huge walk in pantry with floor to ceiling shelves, enough room for our washer and dryer and plenty of room to walk around in, also downstairs is the kitchen and Livingroom, both are spacious, so we don't feel like we are on top of each other. Upstairs are the bedrooms and the bathroom. Where my apt is located on the property, there is a playground, which is also new and it has plenty of shade during the summer mths. The manager, Jennifer is amazing, nice and friendly, down to earth and helpful. Best manager we have had by far. I

I love it at Cherokee terrace apartments! it has gotten alot better since our manager Jennifer brown has become manager she has done alot of work to make it alot better and safer place for us and our kids so if your thinking about a nice and safe place for you and your kids that's reasonable price come on down to Cherokee terrace apartments and ask for Jennifer brown and I promise you won't find a more nice and caring manager than her.....

THIS ACCOUNT WAS HACKED ETTER 5O STAY OFF.. Visiting a friend in Oklahoma I was amazed that to their handicaped apartment there is NO HANDICAP PARKING. Walk approx 1/2 block to get to the apartment. Handicaps no kindness on that. Managers have an assigned nice place to park though. Walls like paper. Did see an old time door that was cool. To fairness it was clean with no big holes in the wall. They are government apartments.

Great place to live income based, very nice and quiet...We have wanted a 2 bedroom place for a while and since we have lived here we feel like we have the home that we have always wanted. Jennifer does a spectacular job as a landlord. Going above and beyond for everyone. We have been very happy here and can't say thanks enough.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY THREE BEDROOM APARTMENT & OUR LANDLORD JENNIFER IS AMAZING & GO ABOVE & BEYOND FOR ALL OF US. JENNIFER HAS MADE CHEROKEE TERRACE APARTMENTS SO MUCH BETTER IN EVERYWAY YOU CAN THINK OF, SHE BEEN HERE FOR A FEW YEARS & I HAVE LIVED AT CHEROKEE TERRACE APARTMENTS FOR ALMOST TEN YEARS. SHE IS BY FAR THE BEST LANDLORD WE HAVE HAD.
