I love it! I just moved in. My neighbors are super friendly and management is so kind and helpful. It is so roomy. I love coming home. I usually clean apartments before I bring my stuff but this was spotless as soon as I walked in. I would recommend this to everyone. I went and looked at other apartments before I found this one.. the others were so bad and they cost 300$ more! This was definitely a good choice for me. Before k moved in I was not able to find pictures online that I could really see the room sizes, of course there is measurements but I hope these help someone see what they really look like. Again, I love it.

Living here is so wonderful. From the amazing maintenance crew that answers your request with in one to at Max 2 days to the wonderful Paulette running the place this is where you want to live. They have a killer pool and wonderful scenic views. Also the fact that you only have to pay a one time pet fee, and they do NOT care about your pets weight was such a bonus for me too! They're just the best. 10 out of 10 recommend living here. Paulette is just the sweetest!

We have been living here for 16 years and it is the best complex that we have lived in so far.Our landlord Ms Paulette is the best ever and Mr Lee and his crew which is maintenance is the best.You call them and they come any time of the day or night.We have a pool,computer room,balconies and they are pet friendly.

I’ve been living here for a few weeks now and so far I’ve really been enjoying it. The apartment itself is pretty decent and has everything I need, but the best part is definitely the staff. Management and maintenance have both been super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to anything that comes up. Overall, it’s been a great experience so far!

Fourteen days after a major hot water heater spill in the hallway, the carpet is still damp to the touch. Instead of addressing the problem, management plays petty games — removing rocks we used to keep doors open for ventilation. The property manager seem more concerned with appearances than with tenant health, refusing to professionally-mitigate a water spill caused by maintenance. Chemicals used w/o consent or advisement have cause multiple residents physical symptoms. Moisture left this long is a breeding ground for mold and bacteria, and staff’s attitude toward safety and basic communication is dismissive at best, hostile at worst. If you’re considering moving here, ask yourself how you’d feel living with chemical residue under your feet for weeks while being treated like an inconven
