Chelsea Square Apartments

It's a decent place to live. Haven't had any issues since we have moved in. Really love the property manager. She's awesome to deal with. She will take care of any issues. The maintenance staff is awesome too. They don't give any issues about fixing anything. Thanks for everything Donna. .

Ive lived here almost 3 years and the property manager is great as long as you follow rules and dont cause problems. She is a stickler for the rules and remember she doesnt make the rules. People just need to give this plae an opportunity and it will work for you if you have kuds watch them so she doesn't have to say something. If you have pets clean up after them that is just not her rule its a state law. I plan on staying here for a few more years i havent had issues and so far its cool with all my neighbors. Come check it out its what to be expected in this area for the money.

I absolutely love the apt manager! She is always quick to have someone come out to fix any issues that need fixed! I called due to ac leaking in hallway of my apt within an hour i had brads drain service here, have, and taylor steamer! Ty Donna

I live here. Not very good living conditions and too many rules including no grills.

Horrible place to live. Neighbors are awful nothing but a bunch of drunks who throw parties nonstop. If you are a normal person run dont live here. If you would like to sleep run because you will never get a good nights sleep here with all the drunks with their loud music. I can't even hear my own tv in my apartment because of the neighbors music. Run from this place its not a nice place to live.
