He did an amazing job—extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and clear in explaining what was found, why it mattered, and what to prioritize. He took the time to walk me and my realtor through everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made a huge difference as a home buyer with a new construction.in the report there is a detailed checklist followed by pictures. Because of his detailed inspection, the builder now has a week to address the items identified, and I’ll have a follow-up walkthrough to ensure everything is properly fixed. We received our written report the same day and also received a lot of great information on how to fix any issues identified during the inspection. Checklist Inspctions did a fabulous job with my new home. Brian was very thorough and timely. Inspection was scheduled immediately and no stone was left unturned. He then discussed and pointed out every item he found faulty on the list. His report was thorough and immediate. There isn’t much to repair but little problems left unattended can blossom into big problems I’m happy to know I’ll be moving into a home that is safe. Excellent work by Brian.
