My husband and I are buying a house, and the sellers requested a speedy inspection period (5 days). Michele was able to come out the day after we went under contract, and she did a great job answering our questions and reassuring us what was/wasn't a big deal. My husband had taken some videos of the crawl space that he had a question about and forgot to ask at the inspection, and when emailed, she had an answer to us that same evening. The inspection report had comments and pictures to point out anything of note -- even smaller things and improvements we could do to insulation if we were looking to optimize, for example.
