I figured a Zillow listing would be like my previous encounters with landlords or property managers. However, the initial communication with "Unc" was slightly bizarre and, frankly, as someone who has rented for over fifteen years, I have not once been required to submit an application, let alone fork over a fee. It was always, for lack of a better term, a phone interview. Which is understandable, as I don't want to waste my time or anyone else's. I find myself having an extremely difficult time trying to find reasons this company finds taking a nonrefundable deposit before the potential renter can make a more educated decision with moving forward to the application process. These people are liars,rude,and crooks. I have 0 evictions 0 criminal history and pretty fair credit, and decent employment were I can afford and apartment paying way more that their $895 trailers but some how I don’t qualify for a mobile home that’s only listed at being $895. Meanwhile they never did a background history and I never even submitted proof of income. They took my $49 fee for application and didn’t even have the decency to call me to let me know anything. I had to harass them by email to get an answer and all they could say was I was denied and no explanation. Don’t trust them they just take your money and lie. Then when you call them out for it they are rude nasty and disrespectful *Dont feed into their crap everybody leaving a review giving them a bad review is not lying a

Scam artists that steal money through "application fees" for their properties. I was approved and then was ghosted. After contacting the BBB for their shady and downright CRIMINAL activity, they told me they wouldn't refund my $50 application fee only because I contacted the BBB. Please please warn everyone about these SCAMMERS. BTW, it's only libel if it's not true. ME and hundreds more will be waiting in court whenever you're ready.

Definitely a scam. They have a rental listed that is 100% not their property. A reply to their response: If you have 50 years of experience there’s no way you would only have 12 reviews with most of them being a one star rating. They are not in appliance with the better business bureau either.

I agree I believe this is a scam. The person i work for has high paying job owns a home but needed a place to stay while getting settled in the area. He has a credit score of over 750 no criminal background and proof of prior rent. After 14 days of calling and no answer for an email turning him down. Curious how that was possible. But in the end I believe he dodged a bullet after taking a look at a few of the rentals. Definitely not pretty gross to be honest
