Chatham Grove Apartments

This is one of the worse places to live. I will be contacting better business bureau over the lack of handling a matter I've trying to fix since moving in. they won't fix my parking so I can park where I live and pay over 1000 in rent monthly. they have a roach infestation. they avoid you at all cost ,talking about a appointment to go to leasing office when I wouldn't even be here if they just would resolve the issue. I'm willing to pay for the parking pass but they won't resolve on their end . a complaint is about to get made. cause if my car gets towed due to their lack of timely resolution and have lack of places to park near by due to the snow on main streets etc im really going to go off

Do not Rent here the property manager is unprofessional and they lock your portal out so you can't make payments on time. Then the property manager Victoria Lovette or whatever her last name is condescending rude and very not professional she looks you up and down when you're in her office and she never is in the office to answer the phone and doesn't reach out or call back after leaving voicemails I left a total of 5 voicemails and she has not returned a single one regarding the payment of rent and she does not email back.and doesn't leave a number or anything to reach her on her termination of lease notice.

The laundry facilities are excellent and clean. Neighbors are friendly and the ambiance is calm and relaxing. The location is conveniently close to shopping restaurants and public transportation making daily life easier....

Living here is enjoyable because it's pet friendly the apartments are spacious and the staff is attentive. The community is well kept and the surrounding neighbourhood is calm and convenient for errand!!

I truly love my apartment and I think Chatham Grove Apartment village is really doing a great job making changes proving the neighborhood and improving the area where we live. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job and the beautiful staff. You guys are excellent superior and great. Keep up the good work. God bless you all. Thank you.
