Chateau Apartments

I just moved into my new apartment and tammy was there every step of the way. She welcomed me with open arms. Tammy was the one to make this possible. Such great customer service 10/10 would recommend.

These apartment units are disgusting!!! I made a stupid move and paid a $200 deposit before I even saw the unit. This was because the unit wasn’t due to be ready for another 2 weeks. Before I paid the deposit, Tammy, the lady in the office, explained that I would get my deposit back if I didn’t get approved or if I didn’t get the apartment. Well, when the apartment was ready to view, it was a huge disappointment. The apartment was dirty, it smelled, it had stains all over the counters, very outdated, and very small. The people in the office should be ashamed of themselves trying to rent these apartments to people. Tammy and the people in the office are deceitful and very wrong for how they are doing business. I made this post to warn people to never put a deposit down before seeing a place

They were so welcoming and kind and Tammy was very understandable with us during a tough time of our life!

I would not recommend this complex to anyone who has children, so much drug dealings from 3-4 different buildings, especially by the office, strict management that stalk your movement making you feel like prisoners at your own home, always writing complaints if you have children upstairs etc. Lived in Elgin manor before, it’s government and never ever had all these issues.

Tammy was super helpful and very nice with getting us our place! Very nice person!
