Chasewood Apartments

I honestly loved living here. Quiet community in a walkable area, staff is friendly and the property is well kept, good amenities. We almost never had maintenance problems, and when we did they were quick to respond. Loved the apartment, we lived in a 2-bed 1.5 bath and the kitchen was a bit small, but we loved all the built-ins and the general layout of the apartment. We loved shooting hoops, swimming and grilling, and playing pool in the clubhouse. They're always working to maintain the property and apartments. Overall probably the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

Great Place to Call Home! I’ve been living at The Chasewood Apartments for almost 3 months now, and it’s been an amazing experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any maintenance requests. The property is well-kept and always looks nice. Parking is convenient, and I love how close it is to restaurants and grocery stores. I highly recommend The Chasewood Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live! I have lived here only a few months and I can tell you the front desk does nothing but pester people about the parking situation, charges extra fees for paying rent early or late, and does not take tenant complaints seriously...I have lived many places but none have treated me like this. The apartment itself is nice and a good size for the price but the headache is honestly not worth it at times Update: I appreciate the owner for reaching out about my review but front Office still made me pay fees my lease agreement did not state anything about fees for paying early yet I was charged a 'small fee' of100 $ (in the words of the front office) still and my issue was never resolved. Again clean and good apartments especially for families but front Office treats tenants not the best. They also

Merry Christmas Chasewood Apartment Friends and neighbors. 🎄 This is an awesome apartment complex. I really love living here. It is quiet. The office staff and maintenance are very competent, knowledgeable, and super friendly. Office communication is superb also. I would definitely recommend leasing here. PS. I'm really looking forward to trying some of the amenities in the coming months. Basketball, the pool, community center, coffee bar. ☕️ etc.

I just moved into Chasewood and so far the experience and complex are so amazing! I walked into the office expecting to have to explain I'm there to pick up my keys and Ayslinn immediately greeted me and asked if I was ready to get my keys and move in. That first moment alone blew me away! Kristen and Ayslinn helped me through every step of getting to live here as this is the first time I moved from a different state and to say I was a bit nervous and overwhelmed is a understatement. The complex is so nice and walkable and close to so many things. Even my dog has fallen in love and has relaxed and felt at home quicker than I thought possible. I can't wait to take my dog out and explore not just Chasewood but Amarillo more with her.
