Chase Home Lending

I was told I’d need to make an appointment to speak with a customer service rep, and honestly, I was a little bummed. I work regular corporate hours and didn’t think I’d be able to make it in time, especially with everything I had going on, but then Dwight Williams stepped in and offered to help me open an account right away. He made the whole process super smooth and easy, and he was really informative too. I honestly can’t thank him enough. This branch has always been amazing, my mom actually told me to come here because of the great service, and now I totally see why.

In the grand tradition of Chase Banks in DFW, the ATM doesn't work. Don't waste your time. I'm thinking about switching banks.

This is the worst Chase Bank. They always want to make an appointment instead of just providing customer service!! I went to get a replacement debit card and they made me an appointment for the next week. I left and went into another Chase and they issued me a new debit card.

I came today to open my account and had a meeting with CJ, guy is super cool and polite, I was in & out in less then 30 minutes, friendly and fast personal.

My experience with this bank was amazing. Friendly ppl. Thanks to Dion Childs for all the help setting up a savings account.
