Chase Bank

I wanted to get my document notarized so I called this branch and explained what exactly i want to notarize. Person over call ask me to come to branch for same. But when i visited bank after driving 20 min , they refused to get my documents notarized stating they are not authorized to do so. If they cant help atleast they should be clear about it. Asking customers to visit location and then denying service is very unprofessional.

Came to Chase Bank after a 5 Hour Dr. to withdraw cash for a purchase on making here and there is absolutely no bathroom at this location. They have an employee restroom but no customer, the general manager Mr. Redbeard is nonhelpful and I will be calling corporate regarding the situation… if my bank don’t have a restroom for me to use they do not get to house my money. Absolutely ridiculous! I have corporate accounts and personal accounts at Chase Bank and I’m considering moving my money. I just think if my mother came into this establishment and her elder age and wouldn’t be able to use the restroom I would be furious! This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I was told that they would put in a complaint for me but I would never get an update on the problem or a resolution to

This was the most disgusting atm I have ever been to at any bank all over the United States. I felt so grossed out touching these buttons. YUCK! A magic eraser and 5 minutes could make this better….

We needed a notary signature. Having a Chase account, naturally we went to our bank for assistance. Lana Albawwab, bank Officer, assisted my mom and I. She was very attentive and pleasant to work with. We’ve enjoyed our relationship at this bank for almost 2 decades. I highly recommend this branch of this bank.

Very disappointed that your location Inkster Rd and 6 Miles does not have a drive thru. This is a disservice to your customers. No compassion for the disabled and elderly. On a postive note the teller that waited on us was very pleasant.
