Charleston Pointe I & II

I’m shocked this place is allowed to have people live in it. Every time I step inside to visit someone, there is mold growing on the ceilings, and most recently there are GIANT WASPS IN THE BUILDING. There is never an urge to fix anything, when they say something will be fixed it’s either ignored for months or it’s fixed with no effort. Landlords won’t actually enforce any rules until it becomes a bother to them, which are the smallest concerns like a tenants personal vehicle being in their own parking spot. Everyone seems miserable here and I can see why. This place is dangerous between wasps and mold. Do NOT live here for any reason. My adult daughter and son both rented apartments from here, and I co-signed on both. Laundry facilities are horribly inadequate and didn't have any warm/hot water. My daughter's apartment is run down with damaged cabinetry. Her fridge, dishwasher, and air conditioning did not work when she moved in - literally from day 1. Upon request to fix her dishwasher, they came in, and it said it was fine and then walked out. She ran it and it overflowed everywhere. Upon a second request they finally replaced it and then glued down the very bubbled up linoleum without adequately allowing the floor to dry. Her shower drain was clogged with grease and hair from the beginning, which we addressed ourselves. We've had to fix her toilet, fix her disposal, unclog her drains, and replace her kitchen faucet
