This place is absolutely the cheapest place in south broken Arrow for a reason. 1200 for 800sq. Ft. Of straight old and busted. They don't fix anything, they don't care about illegal dumping off everything under the sun. They don't give one thought about you or your living situation. DONT RENT FROM HERE

Five year resident. Any time prior to this last year, I would have given a five star review. Since the complex was purchased and the management changed, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I've been waiting SIX weeks on someone to repair the hole in my ceiling that leaks buckets of water into one of my now unusable bedrooms. I've placed at least three requests online and have made two in person and I have either been ignored or lied to every time. In the past, I could expect a response in 1-2 days, or a week at most. There is no concern for the residents that have been here for any period of time. I am in the process of securing legal counsel because of the health risks that the situation has created. I have lived here for 3 years now. The past year or so this place has just gone down hill. My neighbor in the building next door let's his dog wander around without supervision and doesn't pick up after her. There is literally feces everywhere you step by the parking lot. When it snows they don't do a thing about it. The walkway between the buildings floods when it rains and ices over when it snows. They don't ice or salt a thing. Our parking lot is a disaster as is but dangerous when it snows. My apartment itself is nice... but nothing is taken care of around here outside my walls. Last summer I had a safety issue at their pool--no code, no safeguard. I put in a maintenence request in December. They found my request in February. Don't move in. They don't salt the sidewalk's or the parking lot; didn't during this years recent Winter storm, Arctic blast. And the property maintenance guy just screamed at me and called me a dick.. after I asked why my mom had slipped and hurt herself on the sidewalk and that I wished the company would salt and care about the tenants. Manager is pretty helpful but the salting during the Winter is above her head. She was confused as to why the property wasn't salted too. I'll do it myself I guess, but rent is already $830 for a unit without washer/dryer. Pool included but no safe parking lot to get out of, when you need to get to work to afford rent. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now & I love it. the one bedroom is a little small but there’s zero issues with bugs, any maintenance issue they get on top of it most of the time it’s even the same day. The staff always give a 24 hour notice before needing to do anything to your apartment. They do routine pest control every couple months. The rent is reasonable and they give you the option for a 12 or 15 month lease. They are the best apartments i have lived in so far. The only complaint is it’s mid May and the pool isn’t open yet lol but that really isn’t much of a compliant 🤣 they are also super pet friendly! almost everyone here has a couple cats or dogs and that’s very hard to find in apartments. Me & my tiny family love it here.
