Chapel Run by Starlight Homes

We just closed on a newly built home from Starlight Homes in the Chapel Run Subdivision in Montgomery TX and WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! The whole process was easier and quicker than I could have imagined. We went from "not sure we can do this"... To "OMG We are moving in". In less than 45 days. THANK YOU STARLIGHT HOMES!!!!!

This will be my second time, purchasing a home, and this company who is not only the easiest fastest cleanest most helpful company to work with from beginning to end, they made the moving experience amazing!!

Good quality and great value homes. This is our first home purchase and the experience couldn't have gone any better. Analia is great to work with and we plan on living here for a long time. 4 stars for two reasons - HOA has a stick up their butt. Can't even decorate our front porch without getting a notice and having to get approval. That's laughable in my opinion. The builders love to leave trash everywhere. It blows in our yard as well as all over the retention ponds and empty lots. Nothing unexpected for a first home purchase and a new neighborhood. I simply want to provide an honest-as-possible review.

Julie helped my in laws buy their house and she was so kind, professional and patient through the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and made everything so easy and they are so happy with the house!! These house come standard with so many upgrades, it was an easy decision to go with Starlight Homes.
