Chaparral Apartments

Recently my significant other had a dispute with the tenet above us they then bring in the complex manager not being truthful about the conversation . The manager then decides to give us an eviction notice without hearing our side of the issue and then decides to hear our side of the issue . Just before that in conversation she told me how I was such a nice person and how she was glad to have us here obviously you can't trust her . There is hear say that several of the tenants would like too see her replaced. I have my thoughts but won't post them. IPM the property managers of this complex it is only the money. The property value has gone down . I would not reccomend anyone to consider renting here. The on site managers I would give them a D grade for job performance.

The police have responded to multiple noise complains of very loud partying that lasts for days on end. Night and day. As I write this the extremely loud music has been going on for over 24 hours straight. Literally shaking the walls and floor. Management is impossible to communicate with. No one answers the phone and calls are never returned. Messages sent on the resident portal are ignored.

I rented a apartment from this dump. I was wrongfully evicted. And was told 5 time I cam come and move my thing's out. When I get there they said I cannot get into the apartment. They throw everything I had away and now are trying to make me pay $6000 for it. The manager and her low life husband are the WORST people I have ever hag to deal with. I was a nurse for 21 years and had to deal with a lot of not so nice people. But they are the WORST ever. I do not recommended ANYONE try and get a place from them.

Would rate zero stars if I could. Ever since the property management took over things went downhill. I pay for my apartment, MY apartment, the monthly inspections are ridiculous and the people they hire to do the jobs are extremely rude and unprofessional. I am currently looking for anywhere else to live, I don’t recommend these places at all. Not to mention the disrespectful maintenance man which is the landlords husband, he enjoys cussing at tenants and harassing them. Not to mention the increase in rent, making it absolutely not worth living here. Save your time and money and don’t try to live at the Chaparral Apartments.

Should get 0 stars!!! IPM Property Management is the worst! Carol, her husband, and the landlord at the Rimrocks are terrible people! Carol's husband has been caught peeking into tenants windows, the units are full of black mold, maintenance breaks what they are supposed to fix, the grounds are not maintained, people are evicted when they try to address concerns to Carol, they keep raising rent and changing the rules, amenities that are advertised are not available, landlords are not available during times rent is due, they lose paperwork, they have kept mail from tenants, they have towed vehicles without notice to tenants and evicted those who addressed the issue (and had legal paperwork for vehicle to be on grounds), limited laundry machines that break all the time, windows and doors rep
