Channelside Apartments

I recently toured Channelside Apartments and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Gaby was the one who took me on the tour, and she was absolutely incredible super friendly, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Thanks to her, I truly think I’ve found my future home. I also want to shout out Leana and Amber, who were both so kind and warm during my visit. Their friendliness really added to the whole experience and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Overall, Channelside Apartments left such a great impression on me. The staff, the atmosphere, and the way I was treated all made it clear this is a place that genuinely cares. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new home!

I mainly want to recognize the management staff here Annmarie and Gaby. They both do a great job staying on top of things and handling situations professionally. They’re responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with, which makes dealing with any questions or concerns much smoother. It’s clear these two put real effort into their work and take their roles seriously. Having staff who are consistent and dependable like them makes a noticeable difference.

I do not normally leave reviews, but as we had the privilege of visiting Channelside, I felt it absolutely necessary to publicly comment on the cleanliness of the overall property, what appeared to be utmost organization and care from the maintenance and the staff, specifically, Gabrielle, who was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff clearly cares very much for the tenants and are doing their absolute best. I think when we become accustomed to certain lifestyles, we tend to loose focus on the facilities we have available, compared to others for the same price. While I am from out of state, a side-by-side comparison to properties of similar size, Channelside is by far, the most beautiful and well maintained property I have experienced at the same price range. We have never had any issues with our maintenance requests. They are always handled efficiently and with upmost professional respect.. kudos as always to your maintenance staff, especially the head of maintenance, Sofredo( unsure of spelling), but know an excellent member of your team when I see it.

I normally do not give a bad review prior to moving into a complex however this place delivered broken promises by stating my application will be reviewed prior to be submitted my application and we explained our financial situation and they lead on that it was acceptable to move forward . Brianna completely lie to my elderly mother . Beware if they are doing this to potential new tenants can you just imagine how they treat there tenants.
