Chandler Run - Taylor Morrison

I recently visited the Chandler Run Community by Taylor Morrison and was lucky enough to have met Paulina Afnani. From the beginning, Paulina was extremely friendly, professional, and polite. She made sure to detail the community amenities and answered all my questions patiently. Her friendly nature and genuine approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. It was clear that she has a passion for helping customers find the ideal home and ensuring that they are well taken care of throughout the process. I truly enjoyed her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to do that extra step. I highly recommend working with Paulina if you are considering a home in Chandler Run.

Talked to the brokers there they told me the price of a home after I took the time to fill out all the pre approval paperwork they came back to me with the home being priced 25k higher than quoted. Horrible and time waste
