Have rented a few properties through Chandler Properties and always had a pleasant experience. I would recommend them over anyone. Made me feel like family, listened to, and were very honest. Betty is a sweet person who will remember your name, your family and looks at you as a person, not as a number or address. Highly recommend

Neighbors beware when property rented by her. She is a slum lord. She rented a house on Putnam Ct. the renter sublet the house to multiple tenants. Multiple cars parking everywhere inconvenient for home owners on the court. He would rev up a 4x4 almost every night rattling windows. Repaired cars on the street and the driveway. Many domestic violence calls for the police. Called her many times to report her hats going on but she chose to ignore it. The house is for rent again. This time I’ll just call the police when there’s issues and give them her number.

Great people to work with... The lady up front, Corinne was really nice & personable and really nicely put together.... I rent a property through Betty at Chandler properties and she has been great.

Sherene is an very nice lady. I appreciated her time and her insight. I hope to work with her again!
