Additionally, we maintain a strict policy of not performing work on credit in order to protect the integrity of our business operations. We understand this may have caused some frustration, but we strive to uphold consistency and fairness in how we serve all of our customers.

They collected our application fees ($130) then never said anything to us. We applied almost a month ago, that’s more than enough time to say if we were approved or denied. Terrible communication.

Colleen and the team at Champion have helped me navigate a very difficult situation where a squatter had to be removed over many months. They are extremely professional and easy to communicate with.
