Cheap and the quality of everything is associated with that. The only thing that seems updated from the 90’s is the washer. Everything is clean and works though so it’s not terrible. Though the outside areas have carpet which is just asking for mold.

Have lived here for 3 years and have had maintenance come and paint over our black mold in the bathroom twice. Dryer stains clothes with black streaks that won’t come out, when brought to maintenance attention they just clean it out and leave. Today came home from work with a leak in the ceiling and walls from upper floor. Maintenance came and poked a hole in it, put down fans and left. Told us to leave it like this for 3 DAYS!!! I work hospital shifts and can’t even shower in my OWN BATHROOM, can barely use the toilet. Front office does not care at all. Some stuff was damaged, not our fault and nobody cares. Please live anywhere else. I hate it here.

Though having just relocated from California I am thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Chambers Creek Estates. There are so many amenities and it is located in a beautiful area close to essential services. This place is like a resort, with beautifully maintained grounds, and it is a very safe community. The management staff give high priority to residents' concerns and are highly professional. Excellent place to live and very affordable, too.

We lived in these apartments for a while. We just moved out recently. I would just like to say don’t waste your time and money. We had a newly hired maintenance man fake fix some stuff. Also, when we moved in everything wasn’t new which is fine. What I find not okay is getting charged for things that were already chipped, broken or damage when you move out. Also, the pools never worked mind you there are two pools. One looks like it’s a pond for ducks. Also, our windows were broken by the people they hired to do maintenance on the building and did nothing about it ever until we left.

Try not to get a ground floor apartment unless you want to keep your windows closed. People back up into spots right next to your window and when they warm up their car for sometimes 20-30 min your house gets a ton of car exhaust. It felt hazardous this morning waking up to the apartment smelling like it's had exhaust piped into it. Its nice there is a policy, but it doesn't do much good when the policy is not in effect anywhere. 50% or more of all cars around the entire complex are backed into spots. It has only gotten worse the longer I have lived here. Nearly every day at least one car is backed up near our window spewing exhaust when they warm it up in the morning. Kind of worried for my son's health because he likes fresh air when he sleep, but he is getting toxic air in the mornings
