I’ve rented several living units in the past from different individuals and management companies, and I must say that this has been the best tenant experience I’ve ever had. The staff at Cerda-Zein was assessable, attentive, and incredibly committed to making sure my needs as a resident were met immediately and effectively. They responded to maintenance calls on Christmas day, and at all hours of the day and night. I have never had a more positive experience with a management company and I highly recommend Cerda-Zein to anyone who wants to make sure that their tenants and rental property are well taken care of and treated with the utmost care and respect.

I'm surprised Cerda-Zein Real Estate has not been through any lawsuits yet, then again they prey on the naive and vulnerable. Warning to other readers: Cerda-Zein Real Estate is a greedy business; they are not there to help you find the best or ideal place or warn you of anything listed in the agreement or their low quality listings. Their representatives come off as if they work off commissions. E.g,. they try to make the offer as quick as possible and then sparsely communicate once a lease has been signed. Reading other reviewers, it looks like their "owner" who responds to negative reviewers feels the energy spent in reading reviews and trying to defend their case is worth more than providing a legitimate business and service to the people. We’ve worked with Cerda-Zein three times as tenants. They’ve also managed two of the properties we’ve leased. No complaints. Their agents and maintenance team have been great. Also, if you haven’t heard back try reaching out again. It’s not that hard- they manage hella clients/properties. People get busy.
