John Fracasso was my agent in Rhode Island and what a mess! It seemed like all the properties he suggested for me were ones he liked with his own preferences: hardwood floors vs carpeting and antique homes. He was presumptive, prejudiced, and confused about my affordability range. If he was a good realtor, he would have found me a home but instead his plate was too full of other deep pocketed clients he preferred over me, so like a poor salesman he decided to give up on me, and also stood me up on a planned open house when he could have informed me well in advance the seller already accepted an offer!

Jonathan decided to call me to sell my house. I am on the FCC Do Not Call List and I would like to know how they had the gall to call my home phone. Terrible business practices.
