I moved in just a few weeks ago and am thrilled with my new place. The renovations are amazing and the space is bright and inviting. Hector, manages maintenance of the property and has been so much more than helpful! He is quick to respond to any and all requests, he is always smiling and friendly and makes me feel that this was the perfect move for me and my son. I have already reached out to management and complimented Hector’s work ethic but wanted to thank him again for his efforts. The property is beautifully maintained thanks to him! The neighbors have also been great and I highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a beautiful place in this beautiful town!

Hector is very responsive whenever something comes up in our complex. We recently had another drainage issue, and he handled it quickly and efficiently. He’s professional, reliable, and makes sure problems are taken care of in a timely manner. We appreciate the effort he puts into keeping everything running smoothly.

Hector always does an amazing job of assisting tenants no matter how big or small the request is. He is always available to look at a request, determine what is needed and resolve the issue quickly while keeping you informed along the way.

My boyfriend and I just moved into a townhome here a month ago, and couldn’t be happier with our choice! The townhome was clean and well maintained for move in and the management was so helpful with sorting out all the move in processes. Hector, our property manager, has been so helpful since the moment we moved in! We needed something replaced asap because it was just no longer working well. He really helped out with expediting the process and a week later we had a replacement. So happy we chose this place to live and make our new home! Feels safe, clean and all our neighbors are so friendly. Would recommend living here to anyone!
