Rose Hall Apartments

I love living at the Rose Hall Apartments in Madison NJ. It's a beautiful and extremely well maintained property. There is also a great sense of community among the residents which is fostered by our amazing Property Manager Veronica. She had a delightful holiday gathering for us last week with delicious food and live music. And any maintenance issues that arise are promptly taken care of by our smart and hardworking Super Oscar.

Rose Hall is an amazing luxury complex! Veronica, the property manager, is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Her priority is the residents, making sure everyone is well taken care of day or night. The complex is beautiful with high-end finishes a beautiful pool along with safe and secure buildings. You definitely get what you pay for when you live at Rose Hall !

Supplement- I lived here, moved away and now I’m back. So happy I did. I just can’t say enough good things about Rose Hall and more specifically Veronica! So much more than a “building/apt manger” So helpful, so kind and gets things done! Like I said before, a great place to live and Veronica reflects the warm and friendly spirit of this place. Also a big shout out to Admir and Oscar. Talk about professional and responsive! And great guys too! Thank you so much! A great place to live! The units are modern and the grounds are kept immaculate. The pool is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly, neighbors and staff alike. The building manager Veronica is absolutely the best. She's in her office on-premises all the time and is so kind and accommodating. Feels almost like family. The maintenance

I have been exceeding happy both with the complex as well as the management team of Veronica, Admere and Oscar. Recently they went out of their way to assist me with a move from apartment 407 to 423. I cannot say enough in regards to the physical support of Abmere and Oscar as due to physical limitations, I was unable to move many items. They offered without hesitation and were very pleasant to work with. Veronica has gone out of her way to make the process easy as she has assisted me with the paperwork and has been so very supportive in arranging the move dates. She too is a great asset to this complex.

Just want to say that Veronica is always welcoming, attentive, responsive, and tactful, and has created a genuine sense of community for everyone here. And Oscar is a pleasure to work with. They’re a great team.
