The agent was rarely able to negotiate anything of importance or value for me during the sale or purchase of my houses. I used his services in the sale of two homes and purchase of one (recommended by my then-spouse). When it came to anything other than signing the contract to give the other party what they wanted, and the sales commissions, the agent was no help to me and several times did not have complete or correct information.
