Her knowledge of the area and the market as well as her list or resources and contacts was a huge help to us during the process of searching for, and making an offer on, a house long distance. Using this company was the worst experience my family has ever gone through. Our realtor, Dana McLean, had no faith in my family in regards to our desired list price, that it would never appraise, and that we should have taken our first offer instead of countering. Dana’s professionalism was thrown out the window over a dispute of her unwilling to perform her realtor duties on the day we got our first and only offer because she was unable/unwilling to work with us during a personal situation of her’s.. keep in mind we are paying 6.5% for this lack of willingness to do her job. We had a 5 hour window to respond and she essentially said she could work with us after that window closed.
