My partner and I were first time home buyers and Kimberly Day absolutely took advantage of that! If you’re looking to buy please do not trust Kimberly. I wish I knew what I know now because we would have gotten our own realtor. Unfortunately we also used everyone she recommended to us. Her and her sellers scammed us :)
Absolutely the best realtor. Working with Jill was a pleasure. She will go out of her way to get you anything you need. She is very friendly. Keeps you updated. I will have 10 acres to sell shortly and there is no question who I will hire to sell it. Century 21 Beckham Realty.
We got to have Tedra and Caroline as our realtor and they were very helpful as far as helping us find a house and give us all the information we needed to know but buying a house in Florida and so we are our new homeowners and internet in Florida thanks to these two wonderful ladies for helping us get a house. I would recommend anybody to go to this lady and ask for her as a realtor
