As a business owner, I was reluctant to leave this review because I know how important it is to a small business. With that said, I think it’s important for anyone considering using this company to know what sort of integrity the company operates with when handling their client’s money. I was in contract to purchase a home and this was the title company selected by the owners of the house that I was trying to purchase. As is customary, I sent an earnest money deposit of about one percent of the purchase price via wire transfer at the beginning of the purchase process.
