Larissa was the absolute best. She knew our budget & still treated us like we were her most important clients. She meet us after hours & answered every question I had almost immediately. She went above & beyond to get us in our home. Her customer service is impeccable. Just before our closing I found out during the entire process she was receiving cancer treatment & never skipped a beat. She might just be super woman.

I had to give Larissa one star to be able to give my review.. she deserves none. Larissa was late to pretty much every appointment. She wasted our time and my fiancés money ( on inspections) as well as the emotional toll.. we went to the house every weekend to dream and talk about what we were going to do with it once it was ours. Septic failed, no big deal ; sellers would replace it . Home inspection and wind mitigation pretty good for a home it’s age. Then the appraisal! ~50,000 under what was being asked.. she wasted our time (~ 2 months) knowing that the house would never appraise for what she and her seller wanted. She should have told us in the beginning that this was a cash offer home. Because it’s not going to appraise for what is being asked. Very sad. Still not over it. Learned
