Their agent cared for their own self interest over ours as buyers, 2 years laters, 20k in the hole over major structural issues that couldve easily been discovered with proper due diligence and inspections. Once we got into contract our agent became unresponsive until it was time to meet deadlines, made scheduling inspections a nightmare. Id suggest to self represent over choosing an agent like Roxanne.
We are so thankful for our agent, Adam Hazelwood from the Forest office, who helped us find the perfect home in Gladys, Virginia. He was patient and thorough and made sure every detail was taken care of. He never turned away the opportunity to give us a helping hand in whatever we needed. He made our dream of moving to Virginia a reality. I highly recommend Adam for your real estate needs. You will not be disappointed.
Kelly Perdieu is absolutely fantastic and helped us every step of the way as we were purchasing our new home . She continues to help even after the closing. We highly recommend her!!
