I recently bought my home using an agent from Century 21 let me tell from the moment I met him he gained my confidence. And through out the entire process he was very assertive always ahead of the game very intuitive professional very courteous and pleasant. He knows his stuff and if he tells he will get it done hands down it’s done Louis Balka exceptional realtor I would recommend him especially if you are a first time homebuyer.

We listed our home, 17 days later we found out our agent left the agency, no one has contacted us nor have we been assigned another agent. No one has called or reached out to us. Tomorrow it will be a week with no communication from this agency. We trusted this agency with OUR HOME. Choose another agency who will communicate and represent you.

Despite never using this company and not living in NJ, they just started spamming me for some reason. I personally don't use companies that spam people.

Working with Luanne Novak was a horrible experience. She took days to answer and has very little consideration for others time. Would not recommend.
