The realtor I have been dealing with is very misleading. She works several different jobs and when I needed her (for paperwork ect) I have to wait until she is done with her other jobs. I didn’t hire a part-time realtor I hired a full-time realtor! She told me if (I did not) like their performance ect and I wanted to change realtors I was free to do that with no ties. They sent me a release form that they will also get paid if my house sells (that is not what we agreed upon) otherwise, I would’ve list my home with another realtor. Then I find out afterwords that my home is the second home she has ever listed. I drop the price of my home 20.5 K I was getting calls before and showings at a higher price. I asked her what happened why are we not getting any calls on the home. My home is priced
