Great title company. Efficient and seamless.

In 25 years of doing business, I rarely come across a title company that provides the level of service and support that University Title provides to its customers and business partners. Their special events are absolutely top notch and a great way to learn and network. I highly recommend them!!

In regards to a home sale that my wife was a beneficiary in her parents will, Barbara informed my wife over the phone of important information regarding how the money would be distributed. The next day after signing, Barbara is not present and my wife is informed that she was given totally incorrect information by Barbara. My wife should have been informed of this change before signing but the other representatives of University Title pulled the classic sleaze move of getting my wife to sign, then saying 'Oh by the way, now that you've signed, you were given completely incorrect information , oh sorry about that'. They look slick but they are sleazy and will withhold important information if it serves their purpose.
