I love my apartment and I love the view I get if the mountains. However the walls are a bit thin like most apartment complexes. If you get a good neighbor, you don’t have to worry about loud music and cigarette/pot smoke coming through your unit. The leasing agency does their due diligence to ensure that all tenants are happy in their units. They are always cleaning up the property and the Maintenance Department is quick with fixing anything that is wrong in your unit.

I was in the market for a home this past week and happened to be in the area, so I stopped by Centro. I’m currently looking quite far out for a future move, but I wanted to take a look while I was nearby. Gianna at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and kind. Despite me being a walk-in, she didn’t seem frustrated or rushed — which I’ve unfortunately experienced elsewhere. That first impression really stood out. When I toured the unit, I was impressed by how well-maintained the property is. While I don’t currently live at Centro, I had seen some older reviews that made me a bit hesitant. However, after visiting in person, I can confidently say I had a completely different experience. The community felt clean, inviting, and well cared for. Living at Centro has been an incredible experience. The property is beautiful and well cared for, but the true highlight is the leasing office team. Gianna, Dina, and Dez deliver top-tier service and genuinely care about residents. Their professionalism and kindness were a major factor in my decision to live here

Overall such a great experience. Gianna and Dez were amazing at helping me navigate the around the property and being very open and welcoming as I toured the property with my girlfriend. It was a very nice community with great amenities that are included. This is a great apartment complex that is definitely on my list as I prepare open my options for getting my own place with my girlfriend!

Centro Apartments are located at 10901 East Garden Drive. Aurora, Colorado 80012. This apartment community has been through a lot of ups and downs… mostly down in the past 7 years. I can confidently say that they are on a huge up at this time. Meagan the manager is always there to help if need be, and Dina is also helping make this team a winning combination. Aaron and his maintenance team is also a great addition to this location. This site has a fitness room that is open 24 hrs a day. And a community pool that is open 4-5 months of the year. This location also has a community clubhouse that can be reserved for get togethers. I would recommend this location if you are looking for a newer and cleaner property. Shannon Carpenter.
