The apartment is fine for what it is, little overpriced but that is to be expected. The real issue comes in if you have any sort of problem. You will try to contact the "property manager" Bradford Kidd, but he is a pathetic joke of a business professional. This individual does not deserve to "manage" so much as a McDonalds. His office hours are supposedly 8am-5pm Mon-Friday but you will not reach him during those hours or at any point. Please do not rent here.
Safe, very nice place to stay. All tenants must have background check before approval to lease. I love it here.
Nice quiet neighborhood everyone seems to be helpful and well kept area as well
