Central Park Apartments

I really like my apartment. We live in a second story balcony apartment, and since we don’t have a window, there is no mold issues. The maintenance man is speedy and very helpful. I am a minimalist, and so the small space doesn’t bother me at all. Central Park is awesome, especially for the affordability.

I was going to share some pictures but I scrolled through some of the other reviews and their pictures are pretty accurate of our move in experience. We spent a good day's work and over 50$ on cleaning supplies when we moved in. After fees and everything it was about 860$ a month for their smallest apartment. Our neighbor had several dogs (4 I think) and they smelled something awful, I watched one urinate in the hall once. I ended up buying an air purifier and turning the AC to 65. The constant flow of air kept the smell out of my apartment thankfully. I give 1 star for good management / maintainence experience and 1 star for the cheaper price / recieving our deposit back. But I would remove 1 star for the cleaning we did and removing 1 star for dealing with the smell of the neighbors.

Moved in today, I would give this place fewer than 1 star if I could. Previous tenants left on Wednesday, I move in on Saturday and the entire apartment is filthy. The tables, counters, and floor are covered in various sticky substance, the floor looks like it hasn't been swept in over a month, cat hair everywhere, litter stuck to the floor, and moldy food left in the fridge. Nothing was clean. Genuinely one of the grossest places I've been in, and I was a high school custodian. I do not recommend this place.

I absolutely adore my apartment! Couldn’t have chosen a better fit myself! I’m on a corner unit so I only have one neighbor (so my TV and stereo are both on the wall without neighbors), I’m right next to the back stairs so I don’t have to get fully dressed to walk down the hall to take my dog outside to go potty, and I’m closets to the only patch of grass in the complex which is a life saver for those middle of the night bathroom breaks! Not to mention, Savannah is AMAZING!!! Always so friendly and helpful! Haven’t met an unfriendly neighbor yet! So glad I chose Central Park!!!

This property is such an amazing starter property for my husband and I. We love living here and culture is amazing. I love all the live trees and indoor pool!!
