Central Park Apartments

I have lived here for 2 years and I loved living here. The leasing staff has always been extremely nice and helpful Crystal and Naima. The maintenance workers are always quick and pleasant, and very responsive. Within the last 2 years I have come across some pests such as sugar ants, and a couple of small bugs, however the neighborhood is surrounded by trees so there shouldn't be much complaining there. And plus like mentioned in the 2 years I had been here I seen maybe a total of 4-5 pests total. The location of the apartments are close to everything as it is in uptown Altamonte, its about 5-7 minutes away from I-4, the gym may not be luxury but it has everything it needs to function, the pool area is always very nice and kept up. I would live here again if i could.

I had an excellent experience with Osvaldo from maintenance team. He was very professional, attentive and patient. He was always on time to fix every problem in my unit. I highly recommend Osvaldo to anyone to who need an excellent worker and person! I am not giving 5 Stars only because this complex is full of roaches.

Special thanks to Geovanny always on point working and making sure all is good to go. The front office staff and the maintenance crew are working, amazingly to give us the best results with any issues you may have.

I should’ve known that this apartment was going to be lackluster when I first moved in and had to pay $200 for a deep cleaning because the apartment was dusty and full of dead roaches. They had the nerve to argue with me and say the apartment wasn’t that dirty. (I Sent them proof) I stayed at this apartment for two years and I couldn’t wait to leave because the last year was unbearable due to a roach infestation that no matter what I did, it never stopped. Before I would leave for a trip I always deep cleaned the apartment and left the AC on to keep the apartment cool and I would come back to a family of roaches on my couch, running around through the kitchen and all over my dog bed. Now that I have successfully moved out now I’m being charged $150 cleaning fee and then $150 for normal w

Place is fullllll of roaches. Pest control is feeding them. Pest control just gives us these traps and don’t even take care of the problem. The mold growing inside the apartment is insane that even before a pipe burst into our home, our shoes were molding. Front office is trash and trash company is even worse. They barely pick up trash. GET YOUR OWN RENTERS INSURANCE !!!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COVER ANY PERSONAL BELONGINGS IF DAMAGE HAPPENS TO YOUR PLACE !!!!! This place is absolute garbage
