Steven scheduled an appraisal and tried to reschedule less than 24 hours in advance. We had already been waiting weeks for the appraisal. Once we told him we were unable to reschedule, Steven became hostile and told us that he would not be doing the inspection. He eventually agreed to do the inspection but we were not allowed to talk to him, look at him, or make any communications while he was there. He also said he would not go to the property unless we sent an email stating we would not go after his appraisers license for his lack of professionalism. Steven was completely unprofessional, hostile, and rude throughout the entire process. He purposely held up the appraisal process because of his own ego and his lack of professionalism.
