Central Court Village

Laundry machines needed fixing since May, (parts ordered) it says on the machine. Seems to me that’d be pretty important to fix, after all, they charge an arm and a leg to run them. You’d think they’d want the cash flow. The community room can only be used on weekdays, (except by manager.) Manager is rarely there, but we tried for weeks and weeks just calling also, like previous review, with no return call. Very hard to hit it just right to fill out forms when someone is around. The maintenance man is excellent and gets right to fixing things, otherwise poorly run.

I've lived here 10 months now. It's perfect for seniors. Questions are answered promptly by Kenzie, (Office staff). Butch, our (maintenance man) you even think about an issue and he's there to fix it. Lol I love my apartment. It's super quiet. If you're looking for a place for your mom or dad, THIS IS THE PLACE. YOU WILL HAVE NO MORE WORRIES.

Living at Central Court and it's location to the mall and various stores nearby grant me access to travel with my scooter and shop. Living at Central Court is quiet and friendly people. Management staff always helpful with any concerns or issues. Repairs are done quickly once you put in a work order. The community room for various events during the week is great. I enjoy Wednesday which is UNO day. Having all the utilities, central air conditioning and heating included is a great blessing on my fixed income. Behind the building is the walking trails which I travel with my scooter to enjoy the various parks near by.. I relocated to Billings Montana August 2020 and have been here at Central Court enjoying my best life..

Soapy water was on my kitchen floor in front of the dishwasher. I turned the dishwasher off. I reported the issue to maintenance. Butch called me within 30 minutes. He was not on the property. I had to leave so I gave him permission to come in to my apartment. When I returned he had been to my place. He did what he could. The next morning he told me a new one was going to be ordered. I'm impressed with the quick response to my issue.

Great property! My niece and Nephews grandma lives there and when we visit it is always clean and smells great! Very welcoming and all the residents that live that are very nice! Grounds are gorgeous and clean. We also like the common area where they have large tvs, pool table, they have large seating areas where residents gather. It’s been a great experience with any interaction with staff.
