Centerpointe Property Management

I want to make it very clear that I first reported the mold issue on August 29, 2025. Centerpointe acknowledged the concern, stated they had spoken to the owner, and then took no steps to resolve the issue or reach any middle ground. I also made multiple complaints about the heat not working, as well as the extremely unsanitary condition of the home at move-in. I provided photos of these issues through text on October 6, 2025. Again, nothing was addressed. I purchased a brand-new vacuum cleaner, used it once, and it filled completely with debris—photos of this were also provided, and still nothing was done. I personally rented a carpet shampooer and cleaned the carpets myself three separate times. Regarding the mold, I raised the concern again on November 12, 2025. Centerpointe responded

Low housing income for disability cant afford rent because the conamey is going people with disability cant work and live on ssi has hard time paying rent because people a t afford it !!! I have purchased a bed from Box Home which under centerpoint management, I reported it immediately to the support team in which they promised to slove it in 4-5 working days! I followed up after 5 days the customer service informed me that the “concerned team” has rejected the complaint although the bed was not assembled yet and still in the box! I requested an official rejection email they replied please wait for 4-5 days to resolve this matter! I followed up (NO RESPONSE) i requested a returned item and refund (NO RESPONSE) it is a shame what centerpoint has dropped to.. please if your reading this don’t waste your money shopping with any of centerpoint chain!!!!!

I have rented from Centerpointe for over 4 years at two different places in Roseburg. Overall my experience with them has been great. We had a flood during our stay at the last house and Centerpointe did everything they could to take care of us. There was only so much to do, we did show them patience as well and had mutual respect with the people taking care of the property. They laid down the law with the owner to make things fair for us. We were good tenants who always paid rent on time, so when applying for the next place they didn’t charge us an application fee. That gave me a good indication that we could trust them to be fair about our deposit return. After 4 years at our old place with two puppies and a baby, we had repairs to do/paint/deep cleaning. Very high deposits and was told a $500 extra deposit if I didn't contact my current management after a few minutes of email request. That's $1350 + $500 total $1850 for a $850 very small apartment. Especially with very high credit score, and excellent past property referrals. They were rude to me and not customer friendly. WHY? I will not do business with these people. Good riddance. Find another line of work.
