Celebration Park Apartments

Very bad experience with the apartment complex secretary (Maria) . She constantly **harasses tenants**, has a **terrible attitude**, and is extremely **rude and unprofessional**. Instead of being helpful, she creates unnecessary problems and acts as if **she owns the place**. Living in a complex is stressful enough, but dealing with someone who treats residents with disrespect makes it even worse. Management should seriously address this issue, because this behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect good customer service at all.

We have been living here for five months and are absolutely thrilled. The managers are always available, the maintenance team responds quickly to requests, and there’s also an option to call anytime in case of an emergency. The building is warm, so we don’t have to spend much on heating. The soundproofing is also great. The pool is large and clean, and the communal laundry room is well-maintained and fully functional. Trash collection is always handled on time, so there’s no buildup of garbage. We had a tight moving deadline and were warned that the renovation might not be finished in time. However, they worked a miracle for us, and we didn’t have to stay in a hotel—we moved into a freshly renovated and perfectly clean apartment that required no additional effort on our part. Love this place. It's quiet and calm, no mold, no mildew. The office and maintenance staff are great people.

I am going to be living here going on 3 years the staff are great well maintain apartments & the grounds are keep up the only upside is some of the tenants don't care about the trash etc & you don't get to choose your neighbors.12-24

The neighborhood is clam and so welcoming . My last place nobody really would speak to others . The management staff are wonderful super sweet kind ladies . I had to leave out of my last place before my appointment was ready here and they helped me out and was super understanding. The maintenance staff are so nice and helpful . Always get the job done very fast . I must say I’m in love with my appointment. Everything is so fresh and new .plus a great size. Love it here
