The apartments are fine. The women in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance guys are nice. Some of the neighbors are really not great at all but that's also not the complex's fault.

I posted this for Morris Management, but this specifically happened at Cedarwood Apartments. Please read and consider before tying yourselves into this place. If I could give them negative stars, I would. My fiancée and I lived here for 4 years before we had a dangerous downstairs neighbor that moved in and began harassing us daily to the point where cops were called every time. Only 2 weeks after this began, we ended up abandoning our apartment that was our home because this person switched off our power trying to lure us outside where he was walking around with a metal pipe. The cops opinion was that management should not allow him to be there. But management did nothing after weeks of documenting the harassment over email with them. 8 months later and they are attempting to charge us wi

Robin is great. Could use better plowing. Maintenance is pretty good for most part. However when we got here we had a playground and that's gone it's a swing set and the teens hang mostly. Slight bee issue in summer on the patios recommend insurance as flooding has happened laundry facilities currently being worked on in multiple buildings due to this issue

Not worth the price of rent. No security cameras even though there’s been multiple issues, no insulation, trash everywhere outside, old and outdated, the crowd moving in to this complex isn’t helping. I wish they would stop doing the bar minimum with maintaining this place if they’re raising the rent $40 every year.

Living here was a mistake, you should avoid it at all cost. There was no parking ever. The cops were there for domestics on a weekly basis. Gross stuff is always on the sidewalks and grass. Management didn't enforce any kind of pet clean up so it smells like feces all the time. Property management didnt plow, didn't salt sidewalks, didn't come to fix anything in a timely manor. The office people are rude when you call and are rarely there when supposed to be open. The laundry rooms are awful, the machines don't get all the soap off and the dryers leave the clothing wet. It smells like mildew in the lower floors. Truly the worst apartment complex you could pick to live in.
