Kimbrook Manor

I have enjoyed living at Kimbrook since the beginning of 21'. This complex is very well maintained. I haven't had to report any problems as of yet, but any issues due to weather (heavy rains, snow removal etc.,) they have been right on top of. The property grounds has always been well maintained. They're always doing things with the Kimbrook community, which I always thought were fun ideas like pool parties and garage sales. They're very pet friendly here and even hold an annual Halloween pet costume contest! Really fun ideas! The management team are super friendly, accommodating and helpful when you need it. I genuinely can't find one thing that I could say negatively about my experience with Kimbrook. I love living here and enjoy the people who run it as well as my fellow neighbors!

It's been a great 6 years. 7 in July. Great community, friendly residents and great staff. I feel very safe here knowing we're looking out for each other. It's a fun place too. Staff does good things for us during the whole year.

I have enjoyed living here for 10 years. This has become my home. The management and maintenance staff are very helpful and efficient in taking care of issues if they arise. This is my home and I am very happy here.
